Welcome to Newfane, NY

Newfane is a town in north-central Niagara County, bordered to the north by Lake Ontario, to the east by Somerset and Hartland, to the south by Lockport and to the west by Wilson. Newfane has no village, but several hamlets, including Olcott, a lakeside community with the deepest harbor on Lake Ontario west of Rochester. Consequently, this area is big for boating and fishing.
