Sold 1 house and bought another with Julie. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Julie was referred to us by some friends as a knowledgeable, friendly, fast-moving realtor... She exceeded all of those expectations! Julie is incredibly quick, drops everything to help when possible, is always willing to give her advice without being pushy, and did a wonderful job helping us narrow down our search based on our needs.
What I appreciated most about Julie is that throughout our home-buying process, I always felt that I could trust what she was saying. When she spoke with my husband and I about pros/cons of homes, I felt she was giving us her honest opinion based on her experience, versus based on making the quick sale. We never felt pressured to buy a home that wasn't right for us.

Julie is amazing! She goes above and beyond for her clients! My boyfriend, Joe, was looking at a rental property and was unable to contact the property managers. After days of waiting to hear back, we contacted Julie, and she got a hold of them within HOURS! A couple of days later, she was able to get us in to see the property and in the meantime had multiple conversations with the property manager and had all of the information we needed. My boyfriend ended up taking the place, and Julie has checked in several times with us. She truly has a passion for what she does and she will make you feel like you are her one and only customer! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend her and can't wait to buy my next home from her!

Working with Julie was a true pleasure. She made everything so easy for us. We hardly did anything. She is so kind and has your best interest in mind at all times. We can not say enough about Julie. She was right on target with us all the way. She never left our sides. Walked us through on everything. Very patient understanding women would go out of her way to help us. Would answer any question we asked. She was able to direct us to a suburb Bank and lawyer to help us. Never left our side. Made us feel very comfortable with her. Never was negative on anything. Always encouraging. We can sum it up like this Julie was compassionate, patient, understanding, caring. My boyfriend and I were trying to decide if we were ready to buy a house. We were in a crunch, because we either had to re-sign our lease to our townhome or purchase a home. We unfortunately started looking last minute. We were looking in January and needed to make this decision by the end of February. Julie was wonderful at giving us plenty of options, assuring us that it was possible to close quickly if we needed to, giving us all of the details, directing us to the houses that had everything we were interested in, and always responded quickly in any form of contact. She was positive and honest. We decided that we are going to resume househunting later this year, but it will definitely be with Julie! I highly recommend her!

Julie really went above and beyond to help us find our home. From being in constant contact (as in answering my 101 questions a day), to making sure our 2 year old felt included and was occupied so we could look at the houses, and most importantly really listening to us on what we wanted in a home and what we could afford! I would recommend Julie to anyone in need of a realtor. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and extremely personable! She made the process of purchasing a home easy and stress free!
